Return & Exchange Policy

At Higirlz, we care about your satisfaction and want you to love every purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly assist you with a return or exchange.


1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Please note: We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer handling, or for minor color variations caused by lighting or screen display.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products bought on sale or discount.

  • Personalized or special-order items.

  • Accessories with hygiene concerns once opened.


3. Process for Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

  2. Share order details and photos of the product.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (shared by our team).

  4. After inspection, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 5–7 working days.


4. Refunds

We currently offer exchanges or store credit only, not cash refunds.


5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
